Haha, thats funny shit. Had to have been staged, tho. And that guy would get his ass arrested for criminal threat with a class C firearm. He would lose his LTC and could/would (most likely) face jailtime/probation... No such thing as "self-defense" in this country anymore, sadly
Most likely a staged event, but still funny, nonetheless

If it was real and if it was Florida and not Canada.......Florida has a "stand your ground" law that allows a person to use deadly force in your home and car if you feel threatened..both those aholes would have been "meat" in the sunshine state.

But eh, this is America, full of crazy, dangerous morons with guns and violent nature.
Well. I'm glad that did not happen to me.
I carry a 9mm Ruger in my S.
In my State, once he is within 21 feet of me with that bat, he's legally droppable.
It would suck to kill someone, and I hope I never have to.
In that scenario, I might've just ended it there. Either of the two nascar fans might've had a carry on them or in the truck. The camera guy might've grabbed the wife/girlfriend under a knife. With the gun, Z4 changed the balance, but my worry would've been for how long? In this case, the guys either needed to be cooperating and belly down on the ground (to keep them from other weapons or tactics) or be stopped.
If they get that gun away from you, or grab a hostage, or anything else to swing the balance, Z4 is toast (even if nascar did not want to kill you at first, you can bet damn well he will now).
You gotta know that if those guys do have a carry, and they get their hands on it, you and your girlfriend are milliseconds from death. Once a gun is in play, you gotta contol the situation instantly.
Again, I am soooo happy that did not happen to me.
