I agree with SR2. If you have more money than brains go for it, but he got what he deserved if he didn't shop around or at least do a little research Gheez I hope he really enjoys the car, but I think he will own it until it turns to rust because I think he'll be taking quite a hit on resale

I just got a 2002 for $31,000 out the door (plus tax and reg) on e-bay from paragon honda in ny. They have 2002's in stock in all colors I believe. I was buying one for $32,340 but the sales manager and service departments were complete and utter morons.
