I set up my coilovers but i notice when i took them out the box the knob would spin and theyve been in and out a few times. Is there a propper way to reset the adjustment knob at the top back to “0” clicks?

 

Yes you just screw it clockwise until it stops, then you got full stiff.

 

You should always reset to full stiff before making adjustments.

For Ohlins, that's:
Fully clockwise first until they stop.
Then count clicks counterclockwise until you reach your setting.

Every time you make an adjustment. Close the valve first.

 

Mark the top of the knob with a sharpie. If things shift you can easily remove it with brake cleaner and mark a new one.
