Man i got a friend who just bought a z and hes been looking up some facts and he kees showing me this damn car and driver test that posted the s2000 3rd and the s50z 1st. Car and Driver says that the s2000 goes 0-60 in 6.2 and that is only because pros can pull this off. People like us can only do 7.2 in this car. The z does 0-60 in 5.7. Now whats the deal. is this bullshit or what?

I believe the November Motor Trend has the S2000 at 4.9 seconds 0-60 and the Z at 5.6.

From what I have heard, it is a drivers race! The cars are very similar!

 

I saw one in Motor trend that put the s2 @5.2, thats why I bought the damn car, and yeh yeh yeh I know it's all about the driver, but it is possible. that is the point.

hmm... that's odd. My s2000 did 0-60 in 3.5 seconds when I pulled out of the dealer lot. I wasn't even awake for it. Oh by the way, my brain weighs 34 pounds and my schlong is 4 and half feet long....... and my ego won't fit in a s2000 so I'm going to by a 350Z and tell all my friends.....

I have a better idea than Car and Driver: put your friend in a Z and send him around the track. Then put him in the S and send him around the same track..... he'll see how sloppy that Z is. If you want a dragster buy a camaro....
