Must be the Z has no "sting" either, because, correct me if I'm wrong but the Horsepower to Weight ratio of the S is HIGHER than that of the Z.
They must have just forgot to mention this along with all the other BS in this column

Had a coupla kids pull up behind me in a jeep somethin or other at a grocery store parking lot Blocked me in, kinda pissed me off...The passenger
said he had a "built" Civic with a Wings West kit (also said that Wings West "sponsored him") and was gonna take it out to California for a photo shoot. Was
Smack talking about his Civic being a 10 second car....(yeah I know prolly stole it from F&F 1) And we needed to have a "friendly" race or 2 to see how we compared......I told him I didn't do drag racing to satisfy someone's ego....If he had a 10 second car then he was definitely faster but if he could go out to a local state park road where the corp of engineers had politely marked the road off in mile segments, when he could mile 0 through mile 1 in under 43 seconds he should give me a call, and gave him my phone number. that was back at the beginning of the summer and I haven't gotten a call. But, I haven't seen a civic down off the road either.......
Gotta tell ya, this road is up and down hills big sweepers a few reverse camber curves.....Lotsa very fun nasties.
This was the long way around to saying, 0-60 and quarter mile times are irrelevant when talking about the S2000. I have used this road to "take down" several "higher performance"
rides. Given the choice of "tracks" the S2000 is capable of beating many "faster" rides
