00 vs 02 S2K

Thanks guys. The 02 is really nice, and hopefully my Uncle will get the chance to see it on Wed or Thursday. My concern with it is the bumpers are noticeably darker than the body. And, I'd love to post a pic of it but I'm on a stinking iPad and I can't get the freaking link to work. Below is the link to the 2000. I value input.

Sounds like average mileage and average pricing, but it really depends on condition, history, damage, mods. Pics would give a lot more info. A Carfax (or similar) is always a good starting point, but they're not always detailed or accurate. Still, they're good info that can sometimes rule out a car. Any car with 100k+ miles should have an inspection with a mechanic... compression check, drivetrain condition, signs of damage, maintenance needed etc. Again, it sometimes rules a car out, or allows you to get a better price. If the seller refuses either it's a big red flag.

The color difference is definitely noticeable, even with the not so great pictures. I would think that they were repainted at some point.

I agree. I just don't think I can look past those bumpers. I think they'd drive me crazy. Did you see the link to the 00 s2k? Thoughts on it? Price?
