^ True enough. Very impressed with my Honda dealer so far. Took my car in the day after I alerted them of the problem, and gave me absolutely no hassles about replacing the clutch.

r_master78 - the problem I had was that it almost sounded like the top wasn't closed tightly where it met the windshield. TSB 01-037 covers this, it just involves replacing the "convertible top strikers."
you are right. the new strikers will fix the excessive noise with the top up.

had my clutch disc replaced for free the week after I bought the car. Solved the problem and it has been over 12,000 miles. Don't think it will return. I have driven the car hard.
That's what I was hoping to hear. The TSB seemed to indicate that the new part was different than the original and solved the problem.

BTW, how do you like the stealthbox? I'm considering stereo options and have most of what I need from my old car other than the sub - I had a stealthbox in my GTI and to be honest was never all that impressed with it. Seems like the S2k box uses the same driver, albeit wired for 2 ohm rather than 4. I'd be interested to hear your opinion of it.

Steven - good to know the strikers will solve the wind noise problem, thanks!

I went to go look at a used 00 S2000 and there was slight gap between the soft top and windshield. The Owner knew nothing about that, good to know that is the fix.
