04- 05 headlamp condensation

Default 04- 05 headlamp condensation

wake up this morning and decided to wash my car, then i suddenly realized that one of my headlamp have a small condensation inside my headlamps ... it isnt really that big, only size of a quarter...does any of u 04-05's have encountered any condensation ??? now im totally mad..im gonna have to start checking everyday, hope it doesnt go BIG..


HONDA might have a seal problem here.

you can get the headlight replaced for free by Honda... on older models if it happened you could anyway.. people who cleared their headlights had a tough time with getting them replaced because they were the ones taking it apart.. but you didnt do that right? go to a dealership and say your headlight have condensation in them.. and you shouldnt have a problem getting it replaced..

I agree with HondaboyS2000, it's better if you let the dealer take care of it so they don't blame you for doing the damage yourself. I bought my 04 in April and haven't had any condensation problems.

i never took apart my headlamps at all...
ima give it a day or two... if it still there, im taking it to HONDA.

I had a tailight replaced by Honda on my 04 with no problems. Strangely enough it had a spot of rust inside it.

had this happen in my car. took off the wheel, removed the splash guard, unplugged the headlight, removed the back cover and hit it with a hair dryer till the condensatin was gone. it hasnt come back.
you know your getting airflow when you put your hand on the outside of the headlight and can feel a slight vibration.
