there is a potential buyer for my aem v1 intake. I have an 05, but the buyer has an 06...i'm assuming it will fit because it's also a 2.2L. Am i correct about this assumption? The aem website does not list the 06 model as of yet.

 

The intake will not work on an 06 without some modification. Mainly drilling a hole in the side of the intake pipe. AEM is developing a 2006 specific version.

 

Doesn't fit. Tried it already.

 

Even the air filter is different on the '06.
