Default '05 owners, regrets?

I have one, that I didn't research used Z06's. I found an '02, Red, loaded, for $33k locally, 17 miles from my house. It has 8k miles on it, doh! I love Hondas, owned many of them, and they are the only bikes I ride. But damn, for $3k more I could have had a Z06

I guess it all depends. I drove a C5 Z06 a couple of years ago and I wouldn't have paid the premium (but I was comparing new vs. new, no used cars for me)...

C6 Z06? Now that is a different story!

I wish I had not bought a car that sat in the dealer's lot for a long time.... The paint needs to be clayed, interior was dirty due to it being inside the showroom. The next time I buy a car I feel this strongly about, I'll make sure it just came off the truck!

I do love the car, though.

just stick with the s2k. the good news is that s2k's have a pretty decent resale value. i bought my 02 with 27k for about 23k. i wouldn't blame you for getting a zo6. what a car. whatever route you choose have fun driving!

an 04 here. paid 25k used. can't regret it cuz this car is my real world ferrari. driven the z06 and can't say it was very enjoyable. very disconnected from the road and very fast. scary. the s2k is great for so many reasons, not the least being that it is not expensive to own, unlike most of the other exotics.
