Default 06 glass window conversion

Just a quick question.

I've purchased an 2006 roof with glass window.
I have a 2000 model S2000 with plastic roof.

Is the only difference going to be the straps for the roof bars?

I've searched, and this looks to be the case, but I just want verification first because when I searched I only found a few threads detailing the conversion install of a Robins top, and not an OEM top.

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

I'm interested in this conversion too when it comes time to replace the plastic one. But I've always been hesitant because I thought the frame needs to be replaced too? If not, it would be a whole lot easier and cheaper.

This is what I wanna know.

If it's just the straps, or if I'd need the entire frame aswell.

I did my conversion last weekend. I still have my MY00 frame installed. When you get the top it will come with just about everything you need. Two sets of straps, a bunch of rivets, and some directions. I recommend two things. Use the DIY for the Robbins top, and get more rivets from a hardware store. You will most likely need them. Oh and plan on it pretty much taking up your whole day, so plan accordingly!

This is for an OEM roof from a 2006 spec S2000, not a Robins replacement top
