i also cut a 1.9 on stock tires and comptech diff (in my 03). it doesn't take a DR to do this.

 

yea i ran a 14.1 as well stock ap2...seems the altitude is killing u

 

Sad that S2k's pull about as good of a 60ft as a FWD

 

air pressure is killing mph too. i lost 2-3mph when i lowered my psi, i trapped 101mph and 98mph when i lost psi.

 

i also cut a 1.9 60ft with 4.77s and testpipe 13.800 @100.25 mph. launched it pretty good not much spin at all . i love gears

 

wow. I ran a 14.0 (0-60:2 secs) with only a CAI when I first had my S. Your def. not doing something right. I lauched it at 6500rpm. If you can get a good launch with minimal wheel spin and perfect shifts, you can almost stay in vtec the whole way.

feather out the clutch from about 5.5k. I ran a 13.9 and a 2.0 60 ft on a stock ap2 with stock tires.

I also eased out with the clutch from about 6k, i cut a 2.04 60ft and ran a 13.72 at 99mph. My03 is bone stock with stock tires also.
