Default 1/4 mile times are here, finally. :)

Okay okay, sorry for the delay. I got about 10 PMs this morning asking where my track times were, and of course everyone at work is having a hissy fit on their own (work-related, I didn't even tell em about the track - took a sick day snicker snicker). So here's my times, excuses are at the end of the post.

Oh, I forgot to add.. I wasn't going for R/Ts btw - I was just attempting to launch perfectly. That would explain the 4.6s r/t on run #4.

Chris,

Good info. Looks like the car is pretty consistent in trap speeds for a given boost level. What were the weather conditions like?

You had a couple decent 60 ft times in there. 2.0x is very acceptable and it takes good driving and a good track to lay down consistent 1.9s or better.

Looks to me like if you got a really good launch on the high boost setting you should be able to run a 12.5-12.6 @ 113-114 under the same conditions (I agree, 12.1 sounds a little far fetched given everything else, but you never know). That's plenty quick, enough to beat any stock LS1 car and give a Z06 a run for its money (although a really good driver would torch you out of the hole). You could even scare the average Viper driver!

The nice thing IMO is that you look like you should be capable of running very low 13's in the 105-106 range on the low boost setting all day long. On the street that's enough to play with Z28's, C5 Vettes and Mustang Cobras.

Hmm, what's next, an intercooler sprayer?

Water bottle and a trained monkey to get out and spray it at stoplights. Thanks for the encouragement.
