I'm always amazed when people are willing to spend thousands on making more power, but still run economy tires.
Tires toyo proxes 4 - not really economy... Probably skill issue.
These are by far the worst tires ive ever experienced on this car. I bought and returned them 2 weeks after I purchased. Sorry for your loss here, real shame. But yeah, probably preventable with either more driver experience or proper tires both. Part of driver experience is knowing what tires to put on this car and for the power output. FI is cool fun and games, till you stuff it in a guardrail But I wouldn't use those tires on a stock s2k. Not only do they grip less then the OEM tires, but handle absolutely terrible. Live and learn. Sometimes the hard way. Glad you were not hurt or anyone else.

I have had nothing but issues whenever I had Toyos on any car of mine. I will never buy that brand anymore.

Sorry for the loss...I haven't had much experience with Toyos except on my SUV.

After 6 years and 50,000 miles on my brand new 2010 Toyota Highlander SE which came with Toyos, I'm finally realizing how much more quiet, comfortable, and maneuverable this vehicle actually is than I realized even when new. With my new Hankook Dynapro HP2s on there, its making me mad that I missed out on how quiet and luxurious the Highlander is. The stock tires were so so so bad and also unstable in the rain and snow :-(

Yeah I kinda noticed I'm beyond suspension/tiers limit. Even had a talk with John two days prior and told when I go full throttle "the car is all over the road". I knew stability isn't there anymore. Just didn't see things may get that bad. I used to lose control momentarily and catch a car on a dry road, but wet road turned out to be too much for these tires and my skill.

I thought it s gonna be fun. I don't think it would help. It takes time to kick in and I reacted just as fast (it s pretty obvious when on acceleration wheels lose traction, one wheel in my case) but car lost control already.

It looks fixable. All the custom work that got damaged will probably come out of pocket tho. Dont give up. Youll regret it some time later driving around town in anything but the s2k you once had.

Are these the pieces I'm gonna need to use to replace my damaged frame portion?
http://www.hondapartshub.com/oe-hond...C-waAovF8P8HAQ
Do these assemblies come already welded together?

Or should I better get parts like 29,30,31 and have them welded ?

http://hondaparts.checkeredflag.com/...S2A4B4900D.jpg

I only need portion in front of crossbeam.

HELP!!!!!!!
Im in the same boat man.... crashed my 12psi SC 07 a few weeks ago and need to replace the same parts as you...

My radiator support got bent up, frame rails had to be straitened a bit, but the drivers side frame rail has a bend in it so I believe they are replacing the bottom part of it (back to the shock tower, maybe further)

I have full coverage on the car, and it has about 78,000 miles on it........... WHAT SHOULD I DO?

....TOTAL IT OUT AND REBUILD IT WITH THE CASH FROM INSURANCE ...or....
.... LET INSURANCE FIX IT, BUT LOSE THE CARS VALUE

purchased it with SC here in CALI for 24k.... Wont be worth much after this!!!!
