You know, i bet an NSX motor would fit in our engine bay. I bet the NSX motor responds better to bolt-on mods than the S2K motor also.

My s2k is 2375 w/ roll bar. Stock motor and drivetrain (except flywheel).

I wonder what it would run in the 1/4. Some day I should try it.

BTW: I should add. Probably not 12s, but a low 13 shouldn't be out of the question.

Its hard to say tho.

i totally agree with SanchothePanda.
he's very correct.
i think s2000 is fast enough.
because the car is heavy and lack of torq. we just can't feel the speed on this car. why bother spending 30k to buy a drag car?
our car is not a drag car. it's mend to have fun especially on turning.

You're all forgetting 1 thing

Launch!

Ok, seriously, if you had the differential that could take 9k side-stepped launches on slicks, I bet you could pull off a 13.1 - 13.2 with the motor untouched.

Most people I've seen in the S2k can't cut a 60 foot below 2.0. You hit a 1.6 60 footer and that will take off almost 8 tenths of time. It's all about the launch!!
