12 volt Power Outlet constant ON question

Default 12 volt Power Outlet constant ON question
Does anyone know an easy way to make the 12 volt power outlet have power ON when the key is in the OFF position?

You can reroute the hot wire to the trunk constant power wire (white) located behind the driver's seat panel wrapped in black electrical tape.
