18" Wheels

So if I bought these wheels they would be 18x7.5 +48 in the front which Unicron has with his TE37's and they look like they fit well. The only thing is the rears would be 18x8.5 +48 which is slightly different from Unicron's. That means that the wheels will be moved a little bit away from the body right? Will 2mm actually make that much of a difference?

So I guess if I get these wheels or any wheels, you guys reccomend that I get 18x7.5 +48 on 225/40/18 in the front and 18x8.5 +50 on 245/35/18 in the rear. Well doesn't that blow quite a bit. Dazz says that Dazz Matiz with a +50 offset is special order from Japan only. I guess that means prepay, no return, blah blah, etc.
Which tire brand makes a tire in both 225/40/18 and 255/35/18? The only max performance tire that TireRack carries that comes in both sizes is the Dunlop SP9000. Does anyone have any experience with them? What other tires are recommended?
TOYO Proxes T1-S come in those sizes. AaronS2K posted this info in the following thread:

I started that thread trying to find out any impacts from having a significant difference between front diameters and rear diameters.
