195k miles
Give the guy a break! He put 195,00 miles on his car, which is more than all but a handfull of all S2000 owners. Most cars never see that many miles. Heck - most S2000s will likely never see that many miles.
Maybe some of you have never driven a car into the ground before, but you're asking quite a bit from this guy. He'd probably have to put over $15,000 into the car to get it into halfway decent shape, and it would only be worth about 5,000 more. That would be pi$$ing away good money.
Do you know how long he owned the car? He may have bought it all beat up for cheap and he's just milking the remaining miles out of it.

we have been doing his oil change since it had 11k miles on it, he did a rear diff service at 41k but after that nothing buy oil changes and smogs.
we did a pan gasket once and diagnosed a check engine light but he didnt do the repairs
