There are plenty of S2000 owners who don't care about the car. To them it's just another low cost convertible. I've seen a lot of older people in my area driving S2000's. They are the ones who don't notice me when I pull up next to them in my S2K....If the car is more to you than something you put gas in and drive around you would notice another S2000 right next to you. lol.

Same here. I sometimes even catch some without really seeing them.
In friends car and wasn't paying attention to windows,
Don't know why but a flash of blue gets my attention but I didn't see the car
Friend: hey I saw a s2000 pass by
Me: blue one right?
Friend: how'd you know, you weren't even looking.
Me: dunno.

Just because you buy a car doesn't mean you're as anal about service as some people on this forum.

195K is about the life of the motor, I believe few are going past 220-250K. So I'm not sure why you'd get excited about it. He loves it and clearly drives it hard.

Don't really see anything bad there. He obviously loved the car and actually drove it which is more than half the people on here who baby it can say.
Car is meant to be driven and looks like he did lots of that!

He bought and paid for it... Nothing wrong here at all. The car is being used, more than I can say for my garage queen.

^^ yeah nothing's wrong wit it alright, i mean its his car so what the heck. But its just really heartbreaking to see someone not take good care of their S. By good care i mean do preventive maintenance. It's like having one really hot girlfriend, sure you bang her everyday, but you wouldn't care anyless if she gained +100 Lbs through the years

If you could see the car and meet the owner you would know why i said he could care less about it. the thing had not been wash in what looks like months or even a year. the interiorior was all torn up with a layer of dirt and sand on the floor. the big dent on the side paint looked very faded.

Actually, it's very possible. The GM small block pushrods are indestructible.

Maybe if he was hellaflush slammed on CE28s/RPF1s the owner would get more respect from this forum.
