Default the 1st date with s2k

to make long story short, got the car today.. and I spend about good 10 minutes at a gas station looking for feul latch, in fact i had to call one of my buddy and still took plus 5 min due to bad direction..

yes my 1st date was somewhat embarrassing but hey she's mine now.

thought i'd share with ya'll.

Nice, don't worry... I think it happens more than you'd think.

When I took the car out for a test drive, we had no gas and we where stuck at the gas station and we coudn't find the fuel latch. Had to drove her really smooth back to the dealer and he ended calling someone else because he didn't know too...

Don't feel bad. The first time I test drove one they wanted to put gas in it before I went out. I sat in the showroom for 20 mins., no exaggeration, before I went out to see what the issue was. There were 2 techs and 3 sales people all trying to figure out how to get the gas-door open. One of the techs started pulling the trunk apart claiming that the lever was in the trunk, hidden somewhere.


... let's just say I didn't spend any money at that dealer.

Yup same thing happened to me, took me about 10 mins to find it I was pretty embarrassed too lol

I bet everyone has a similar story, haha. This played a screwy part in an already screwy day the first day of ownership of my car.
