kasfin, i'd like to say in most cases the honda dealers know what they're talking about, but you will find several posts on the boards where some of them really just don't have a clue.

in another words, if you're really concerned about something, ask the dealers. then do a search on the boards here and see if their answer holds with what the pros say here.

 

I have 1780 miles on MY2003 and plan to change @ 3750/6 mos. This should occur in January 2004.Probably at 6 mos. Using Honda 10W30 with new style Honda filter. At 7500 miles plan to use either Amsoil or Red Line 10W30 . Road Rage hasen't convinced me as to which one of the two to use.
