2000 & 2004 Paint colors

Default 2000 & 2004 Paint colors

Ok I am wanting a foctory spoiler, But I really like the 04 better. The question is the paint the same color?

I want to but the one from the go fast lab.

Yes. Honda used the same paint codes for all years. That is if the color was available.

I didn't think they were the same.....I thought the 00-03 had slightly larger flakes and was a bit darker. I could be wrong, though... Maybe that was the Sebring Silver I am thinking of .

By paint code, they are all the same. Honda did not change the codes from year to year and leave the name the same. Rio/Spa yellow and Silverstone/Sebring are a great example of this. They changed the paint code both. Now metal flake and pearl differ from paint job to pain job, but the colors are the same.

Ahh....this would explain why some Silverstone's (00-03) look a bit darker. I was thinking about the flake and not the actual tinting ratio. I have also heard that Spa and Siverstone are the hardest to touch-up or match....is this true?

my MY01 silverstone was lighter than my MY03. same code though.
