Unless the drugs have finally got to my brain I could swear there was a post on this forum two days ago about "2002 S2000 pricing." The post had quite a few replies, well over 30, and is seemingly non-exsistant now. I have gone through the first six pages of "S2000 Talk" and the post has been removed. I have also done a search and have been unrewarded.

In the post someone replied about purchasing their S2000 recently from John Eagle Honda in Houston. They said that with the hardtop and other options they opted for their final price with TT&L was in the neighborhood of $42k. Does this seem kinda of high to anyone else? Especially since they are supposed to be an MSRP dealership. They also advertise regularly on this website. Which........leads me to my conspiracy theory that they prompted a moderator here to remove the post so that others wouldn't know that they actually charged someone that much for one. Or maybe they had it removed so that the person that actually posted about buying for that price would not notice that they could have started out at MSRP. Who knows?

Just wondering because I live in Houston and will be placing a deposit down within the next week for a 2002 S2000 and am still debating on who to give my business to.
