Anybody heard anything official about the North American 2002 model? I've only seen one post on it recently, a person who said theyi were able to order a blue one!

Do dealers have any info yet?

Salesman at the dealership here told me a glass window will be in next year's model too! I'd like to know if that is true or not as well! Anyone know???

 

The dealer that I ordered my Silverstone 2001 from just confirmed to me that the 2002 will be made, in fact the rumor is that Honda plans to produce the S2000 until 2005, with a facelift due in 2003. According to the 2002 color catalog, there will be two news colors, a lighter silver and a blue with blue insert interior. I doubt that the glass window will make it in 2002. It is likely for the 2003 model year when the facelift is scheduled.

 

the only things we know FOR SURE are the two new colors. sebring silver (lighter silver) replaces silverstone metallic, and suzuka blue metallic w/blue interior (the paint is a light blue metallic color)

PERIOD.

 

I doubt there will be a glass window.
