MY03 has about 6200 miles on it, and i let the clutch out perfectly, and that exact moment you have a good, slow, smooth engage with the clutch, and right when you let it out there is like like rattling sound, or buzzing or low rumble, but once you go about 500-700 rpm's higher it's fine. When i shift and then let the clutch out again, right when it catches it does the same thing, and you can hear it, also kind of feel it. I think i have a matainence check comming up soon. But i was wondering, please....please.... can any help? Tell me what it exactly is, or if there are any TSB's cause i am going to take it into Honda, and i want to go about this correctly so they dont try to screw me cause i'm just a young kid who has a good job and can afford a nice car

Also, is it bad to leave my intake box off? It's off and Vtec sounds better but it hums when your idoling, i kinda of like it in a way but i dont want to hurt my car at all.

 

There is a TSB for the buzz on previous years, none for the 03 yet.

Do a search on the intake lid, there are several threads on the subject.
