WOW! The first REAL pics (why are those fake mag ones included?)! I noticed the 8000rpm redline. I like the wheels and the modest interior changes. The 2005 model is now the one to watch for.

I am :
Liking the 17 inch wheels.
Loving the two tone seats, can't believe they just started to offer that. Would've gotten the black with black and red seats.
Liking the clock in the gauge cluster.
Liking the LED tail lamps, hoping they would fit an 03 w/o any modifications. Maybe the headlights...
NOT liking the new gauge cluster.
Wondering if it really only goes up to 8000 RPMs.

: Front bumper w/o the fake air duct, rear LED lights
: 8000 rpm redline
Undecided: 17" wheels - Like the fact they are 17", but I prefer the old 16" style...

For a four-year-old car, this is a remarkably subtle freshening, akin to what's been done over the years to the NSX. Looks like they sexed up the interior in a reasonably tasteful fashion. I'm not drooling over the exterior yet, but I'm sure it will come into its own. I'm just glad they haven't ruined the look like they did with the Accord Coupe and Civic SI.
But despite all the advance warning we've had, and no matter what performance numbers this beast will boast, who will deny the cringe they felt when laying their eyes upon that underachieving tachometer.
RIP 9K.

Really good job from Honda!
They have kept the original sportscar look from the 60's but added some new technology/fashion like the rear lights.
Impressive interior!
Does any one know for sure the data of the engine for this modified S2000, 2004?
2.2 litres but 240 or 250 bhp?
Torque curve? Max torque at?
The "old" engine had 208 Nm, any figures of the torque in Nm with the new engine?
