2004 Rear Bumper Retrofit

I know that you need 2 brackets to retrofit the 04 bumper onto a 00-03. Where can i find these brackets, and is that all i need to retrofit the bumper? Thanks

honda doesn't make these brackets...you make them yourself

Can you elaborate on that some? Im planning on doing the coversion myself and was hoping that everything just dbolts together fine like the front.

Anyone have more info on this?
