Honda should have a least done something to improve 04, even if it was just minor..
Why?

why not?
ok this has to stop... the 05 is coming out with no changes, done deal
i dont know why some of you are so insistant on saying there shouldnt be any changes, in most cases, change is good is it not?
it doesnt matter to me if there is changes or not, all it would do is improve upon an already great car

Sure change is good, I'm just not in agreement that "there should have at least been some minor changes IMO" or "bad move by Honda, they could have found at least a few things to change.."

They don't need to change anything to make them sell nore should they...

i am saying it would be a bad move by Honda that they didnt change anything if they find that sales arent as high on the 05 because its all just copies of the 04...or at least tried to... even years that the car was the same as stated previously, such as 00 and 01 or 02 and 03, there was something different between them, whether is was a glass rear window, door tweeters, or anything that minor... small changes can go a big way.
I think we are looking at this in different ways toosteeley, which is why we aren't in agreement.. i just think it could benefit, even if its a small amount, if there was a small change made in the 05.. maybe a small change would make someone realize hey this is a great car, then there would be another sale for Honda. although it would be odd for someone to buy the car over one small thing it is still an improvement and because of a persons preference, they may buy the part that didnt come with the model year they own, such as someone with an 00-03 getting 04 headlights

- the only thing im suprised about is how people could think that honda would make changes to a car that has JUST BEEN CHANGED (unless you're taking about MINOR things)

The '05's are not going to be carbon copies of the '04. There will be some minor (most likely imperceptible) changes in '05 because Honda can't simply take last years mold for the current year. I expect the change from '04/'05 to be the smallest in the S's history among all transitional model years spanning from MY '00 to MY '05. It may come down to a couple extra wires somewhere.
