They come polished but if the wheel was refinished or repaired, they would have painted it like the one on the right side.

could be the Replica wheels too, but I think its have been repaired and painted on your car. It should be polished.

 

If you really don't want to paint your new wheel, you can have a wheel repair shop machine the flat outer surfaces of your other three wheels so they are "polished" like the new one.

It will probably cost you about the same price, though.
