So where is the outside temp displayed? In the gauge cluser?

Yes it is. Click on the page of the brochure with the word "connect". Click on it again to see the full size page - you can see it there - 79 degrees in this example.

Ahh, thanks. Now the questions is, it's would probably be impossible to get just that part to work in a 2002 dash. I've been looking on something that doesn't look "stuck on" and not many places in the s2000.

I don't like the new 911 as much as I like the GT3. More electronic gizmos just add more weight and intervene with driver inputs. The S2000 is, was a drivers car, not it's a drivers/computers car.

Am I missing pictures or what? I don't see Laguna Blue, the new steering wheel, or the new seats in any picture? Only a Silver, NFR, and Rio.
I like VSA only because it can be turned off (for sporty drives, but left on for daily safety - this is good IMO).
I strongly dislike the new wheels and DBW.
I can't see the seats, but I love mine so I will say I like the older ones more!
The rest of the car seems okay. I like GPW/Black more than GPW/Tan, but I Sebring/Red was very hot.
I liked it being a drivers car, but small things like knowing the outside temp is helpful when it's your daily driver. A thermometer doesn't add much weight. The other gizmos can be left out, though.
One car I wouldn't dare drive - 996 GT2. So much power, no TC. If you're a good driver, this ideal. If you're like me or 95% of the people out there, a GOOD computer (like BMW DSC) can only help you enjoy that power.
