Hopefully if they can blend something between the S2000 and NSX and keep the price down. But I don't think thats possible.

I think it's a testament to how far ahead the car was when it was introduced that it's still relevant almost a decade later, like the nsx was.

What exhaust are you talking about? Is there a sound clip somewhere?

I don't know if you guys feel the same way but as long as the S2000 has being out there, they still somehow rare. Sometimes I would like to see something new but I prefer to have the S2000 for an extra 10 years in the market and get a worthy replacement than have it replaced with something spiritless.

Im crossing my fingers.

You're absolutely right. However, with these equually powerful roadsters out like the Sky Redline and Solstice GXP, selling for less then $30k, it's proving people aren't willing to pony up the money anymore for this car, so it's forcing dealerships to discount the car far below the sticker price, which means it's time is running out quickly, and it's causing the re-sale market for this car to fall. I'm glad I'm keeping mine, but I'd be taking one horrific hit if I wanted to sell it.

It's been one hell of a run, but hopefully we'll see a new and improved S soon, rather then a toned down S to compete with the Sky, Solstice, and Miata.
