21 and under s2000 owners
I bought my s2000 at 18. But i worked full time for my junior and senior year in college doing mortgages (industry has died now). Back than it was an easy cash cow. Im still only 22 and have more than most kids my age. But i started my first business my sophomore year of college. If you work hard enough it's not hard to have a couple of toys, especially when you don't have a family to support.
bought mine when i was 19, i'm 22 now. You guys in the states are so lucky with so many private insurance companies. Rates that i see people posting like 85$ for full coverage make me sad lol. 5 years of at-fault accident free driving nets me only a 25% discount. That and max coverage makes my insurance a hefty 2700 a year.
Started out with a 2002 Acura RSX base automatic that I paid for at 16 in cash. Three years later and $15,500 in cash at 19 in the summer of 2011 I purchased my one owner, MY00 with 22,000 miles on it! Have been relishing in accomplishment ever since.

What do you do for a living if you don't mind me asking? You seem to be doing very well for yourself. Awwwww hard work feels great when you can appreciate what it has brought you huh. 1M FTW!

Don't get me wrong working 40+ hours while in college did hurt my gpa (3.5), But that work helped me build my future. Even though i do spend a good amount i still save over 50% of my income. I don't let me income dictate my spending. I spend what i "need" + a few toys. But being a business owner requires you to save money. I save my $ not for retirement but for business expansion and to buy/start other businesses. I don't plan on retiring until death lol. I could retire around 35 the way I'm going right now but starting businesses is like a hobby/obsession more than a career. One that i hope I'm doing forever.
