Luis, in the manual I have it states that there are two types of engine the one requiring higher octane gas than the other.
F20C1 95 RON
F20C2 98 RON

I checked mine the day I bought it and it's the F20C2 one. What about others in Europe and States?

 

Mine is also the F20C2. OZ, US and UK get the F20C1. Theirs is probably slightly de-tuned .

I never found out what the differences were between these two versions.

hey Ivs2k...thanks for pointin' out my spellin' mistakes...hehe. Actually, I did it on purpose because I'm an idiot and I like the way it looks. Hoping always makes me think of bunny rabbits...hehe. Like hopping....

 

It's F20C. We would need an insider to tell us about the differences between F20C, F20C1 and F20C2.

 

BTW my understanding was that it was 250 ps, that is about 247 HP, not that it matters so much.

Actually the UK gets the F20C2 as standard.

 

Yes, but I sincerely doubt our 240 whatever are HP and not PS...

 

What the heck is PS? I got the 250 hp thing from Road & Track, one of the early articles.
