I had the same problem with my dealer. They first said they hadn't heard anything about it. Then I finally talked to the service manager, who had at least heard of it, and told them I would never be back and neither would anyone I know(I had other problems with them too). Then I wrote a letter to the owner of the dealership telling him about all the problems I had with the service there. All the problems with my car are getting fixed now. It has been in there since last Wednesday. I am supposed to get it back tomorrow. (Problems: 2nd gear crunch; driver's window not going down all the way with top; driver's seat belt not retracting)
