I expected two chicks sharing / what ever in the passengers seat and maybe more....

I don't want to know how rowing through the gears worked in that situation.

BTW there is a 400lb capacity limit in the S.
They all look like they weight like 110 soaking wet Lol(No Homo)

Looks like normal teenage behavior to me, cool story.
OK, but it was still a stupid decision. That's not an excuse. Of course, I don't think any teenager should own a S2K in the first place... for various reasons (as if this story isn't enough).

I don't see why it has to be an age thing. I'm only 19 and I take care of my s2000 better than a lot of people. I drive like a grandma 95% of the time, rarely see vtec, do all the service and maintenance myself, wax it often, keep my full time job to pay for the car, and don't let shops touch it unless necessary. Younger people tend to do stupid things because they don't realize what they are doing when it's happening, but later on they see that it was pretty stupid and dangerous. Everyone learns from their mistakes. I bet after reading all of these comments, the OP realizes how dangerous it was to do that, and he will learn from it and hopefully never do it again.

I honestly do see why you don't think most teenagers shouldnt have an s2000, but all teenagers in general aren't the same.

HERP DERP I'm an old fart who never did anything precarious when he was younger. I also cannot comprehend why the elusive Honda S2000 is now easily attainable for teenagers.

I would have left the 2 friends in the car to at least watch it, I wouldn't leave a fixed up car by itself on the side of a road.

I'm 27. And I did precarious, stupid things when I was a teenager, but I also understand why people criticized me... and I learned to grow up. I'm not going to be in the "dope story brah" crowd and look like a fool.

Also, who said S2Ks are elusive and not easily obtainable by some teenagers? Wasn't me... maybe you should work on your reading comprehension.

I beg to differ: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=828067

Based off of those pics (bug gutted windshield, and an interior with dirt build up) the HOA would tow your car from my community.
Ohh wow, why do you have to be such a dick about it? You don't even have the slightest idea. For your information, I posted those pics on Nov 7th (Sunday) and I had to drive 60 miles back home on Saturday night on the highway. I wanted to get the top on before I washed it so it would all be clean, and to check for leaks. Also, I live in Kansas and it was windy as hell, my top was down for a while when fitting the hardtop, and adjusting seals. This resulted in getting my interior very dusty.

I shouldnt even have to explain that, but I think it's people like you that don't deserve an s2000. Get the plug out of your ass and act like a grown gentleman.

P.S. If you like sharing your opinions so much, do the forum a favor and buy a membership, cheap ass.

2ndTimeAround has now been added to my ignore list, I highly suggest you do the same. I can no longer see your post's so replying with a smart ass comeback will be worthless.

OP:

A lot of the people on this forum never did anything crazy or stupid when they were young. All of them are outstanding individuals with squeeky clean records that attend church every sunday and eat their vegetables.

Never post a story like that ever again, or you shall suffer their wrath.

Don't do it. A friend of mine had to be pulled out of the limbs of a tree because he didn't have a seatbelt. He died at 19 with a full scholarship. The truck didn't even go 20 feet from the road. All he probably did was glance down for a second and he went of the road and flipped.

Not preaching, just concerned. Glad you guys had fun.
