don't forget fuel injector cleaners every so often.
oh and some silicon lube to lube up all hinges (doors, trunk, etc). doors open and close really nicely afterwards.

How much does a valve inspection and adjustment cost? I would assume a Honda dealership can do this well or would you guys recommend going to a specialized shop?

Valve adjustment, at my dealer it cost me $190 the last time I did it back in 2006.
