Thats very cool. This is the same relationship i try to build with my customers. It keeps them coming back and most of the people are more comfortable talking to someone who knows the cars and is willing to tell the truth no matter how much it hurts.
Now if you could just skip the front counter like it was a flu shot then you'd be set.
