Whether or not that's a good deal completely depends on what's available in your area and the demand.

In the Seattle area, that would be a SCREAMING good deal. Some dealerships are asking low $40's with NO options. And getting it. You're lucky to get one for less than $5K over MSRP (i.e. $37K).

Darn Microsoft people... (actually, truth be told, I just wish I was one of them!)
