Well, not necessarily by my experience, but that's a conversation for another subject!

I've got the Llumar film on my car. One of the things that attracted me to the Llumar was the lifetime warranty against yellowing. I've been very happy with the protection I've gotten from it so are. I do have one "very" small chip in the paint on the left front fender. It's about 3" above the protective film line. Oh well.......

I had llumar put on my car. The tint shop I used did not have any expeience but was curious about it. The llumar rep/trainer offered to train him using my car. The first kit was ruined, then the second ,the trainer got the third kit on by cutting it into to two pieces for the bumber. He said it was the hardest car he did and did not feel the kit was made correctly. it looks ok, but you can see the seem. They were extremely nice about it and I did not pay that much for it, so I was ok with it. I also have a bug stain on the front bumper that will not come out. I have llumar tint on my car and just had my other car done too. I think llumar is new to the clear bra game.

[QUOTE=Intrepid175,Oct 3 2005, 08:44 AM] I didn't find that to be the case.

Can you find out exactly what kind of material from Lumar your shop used?
The closest I can point you too is LLumar Paint Protection. You can ask them directly. They also sell a range of window tinting.

Good luck,
Steve R.
