launching at too low of an RPM and causing the car to bog down.

Also, repeated hard launches can overheat the lube in the diff.

Cool it down between launches and don't bog the car, and you should not have any problems.

If you want to break the diff, bigger back tires will help.

Teaching people how to launch there cars is like teaching people how to make love. It's one of those things that you just have to have fun learning.

Unless you don't have a car/woman or life partner in some cases.

i know. im waaaaaaayyy too late to reply. but great video though(wisconsin_s2k). i like the launch just have to try this to my new(bought it used) set of tires. you really shift fast, but i got a question. which is better/faster in terms of shifting? is it power shifting or do the same as in wisconsin_s2k fast hands and feet? i really appriciate your inputs.

considering the nature of our high revving car, you want to AVOID powershifting. you don't want to be bouncing off the limiter between gears.
