honestly, gas mileage isn't really that significant... i did a roadtrip with an ap1 and ap2....i was using approximately 1 more gallon of fuel on the highway..

most of the 4.77s that I have seen are from kia. i had mine done by sanmarinocpe (since he's local). back when ganley was at its prime, he was putting gears in probably twice a week.

 

Actually this has been asked over and over again. Use the search as well, you'll find plenty of information. I would go for the 4.77 though.

Those are for an ap1. I wonder what those gears would be mated to an ap2 since the top of second gear on the stock 4.10's is 58mph.

 

The S with stock gears bring out the hooligan in us...We'll end up in hell for sure if we had the 4.77's.
