So basically guys/gals, you want the shiftknob to fit lower?
So its not as tall as the stock size?>

It would be a counter bore operation to let the knob screw on past the root of the threads on the stick. Problem is you lose the jam nut and thus lose the abilty to clock the knob along with it

I've been running with Voodoo knob, too and I won't go back to a longer throw. If this new knob was round like the Voodoo and kept the throw just as short, Ti, with lighted shift pattern, I'd be in.
