Congratulations, Red. I'm sure you feel better and have more energy. And, you will now live longer to enjoy your S2000 more.
Keep it up and lose that last 40!!

Way to go! I'm in the same boat, trying to get... ahem... my driver... to lose another 20lbs more than the 30lbs already lost. Great feeling tho, ain't it!

4hp ... uhmmm , wonder how to get the dyno to plot that? I am guessing it will be inversely proportional to the Butt Dyno... actually I have lost almost 50 since owning the car, I hit 289, and now feel much better at 240. The weight was causing so many problems with my scoliosis, that I was considering giving up the car. The back specialist does not believe that I will ever avoid surgery... but I am getting more optomistic that I can at least give myself a decent chance at a good result.

By the way thanks for the positive replies. Good luck to all that are have similiar goals.

I'm 5'9 and 220lbs. Then again, i do work out 4 times a week. (2 hours lifting + 30min cardio)

I should switch it around (2 hours cardio + 30min lifting)

I have gotten down to 240... hovering around 6' tall, w/o the scoliosis... I would have been closer to 6'4". I am trying to get back into cycling... I have a bikeE, but since I son cannot keep up, I pulled my old 12speed out of the shed and hooked one of those trail_a_bike things to it. It should be a workout.
