On my way home, I noticed that my maintenance light appeared. I have almost 7500 miles and I noticed that you guys take your car in for service around this time. What kind of service are they going to do? What needs to be replaced, etc? I tried doing a search, but found nothing. Maybe people can use this thread as a reference later. Thanks!

 

its the first oil change.

 

All that info is in the manual,my first oil change was at 3,750 miles.

 

I know the manual says 7500 miles for severe weather on the first oil change, but I was wondering myself if I should go this long. Any recommendations.

 

I suggest you have the oil changed at 3,750 miles.Many dealers will do it at no charge and you should be out the door in 30 minutes.
