? about high wattage H1 bulb

I want some advice about putting in high wattage replacment H1 bulbs in while I'm doing the headlight clearing. I want to put it 100w bulbs but I don't want to melt anything.

Any thoughts?

If you limit your use there is no problem. I've been running 100 watts for over a year but never use them more than a minute or so.
