I remember one crash I had 20 something years aga. I just started out as a service tech and I had a TR7 I drove on service calls. If you see a sign that reads " Bridge Freezes before road surface" belive that sign. Here I am some 20 years later and that feel of driving a sports car never left me. So finally this week I bought my first S2000. Its in my garage and just waiting for spring time.
Liemdao take one day at a time you will recover maybe you won't need to wait 20 years

The tunnel is ok -> no big deal,
insurance will pay for the paint of the walls..

I myself have to take care of the S2000...

My uncle think it needs 5000€-7000€ to repair...
I want to repair it, but for this moment not enough money...

If i sell what is left of my S2000, normally I shoud get 5000€-7000€...

this moment i'm still driving the civic that my mom bought from me, which i use together with her ,... she only needs 5% of the time..

But one of my little brother is 18now, and soon will have his licence;.
that is the reason i think, i have to leave him the civic and buy another car..

My heart says: repair S2000 + learn BIG from it !!
My mind says: maybe you should sell it, and buy a slower car, and forget about beautiful cars, but i think that would be very difficult for me...

I have to change my personlality ..
but a full turn-around of personality, in the opposite way = impossible, or not realistic i feel..

I am who I am, i can only learn from my faults and become a more
responsible person, and i have to accept myself, and learn how to thread this charakter...

Liem, I wish you well. I know we welcomed you in the Intro forum last week, and I feel awful that this happened to you.

Best wishes.

you do not need a slower car, you just need to drive the s2000 responsibly. learn when and how to push it and you will be fine.

Seems odd that the car would lose traction is those conditions. If you just bought it new, check to make sure the dealer took the spring spacers (inserted at factory for shipping) out of the coils. I haven't heard of this happening lately, but it has happended to several members. Having the spring spacers in the coil springs makes the car unstable and very easy to spin.

The car is Model Year 2000. Hopefully the spacers are out of it after 6 years.

Hang in there Liem. Get some estimates on the car for repair. There are many ways to save money on it if you are creative. Next problem is to figure out how you are going to earn the money to fix it. You can do it. Be creative.

So if its my fauld = pay myself
Not sure if you covered it, but was it wet at all?? If you wrecked in the rain, should be covered under "acts of nature"
