I was wondering if anyone has tried to put a set of newer NSX wheels on their S2000. The front wheels are 16 x 7 with a +55mm offset and the rear is a 17 x 8.5 with a +60mm offset. I know that the factory S2000 front wheel has a +55mm offset, but it is a 16 x 6.5. And the Mugen MF10 17 x 8.5 has a +59mm offset which is only a 1mm difference, but as you know with our cars clearence is tight and the wrong offset can make the wheels rub. Also I am not sure if the NSX has two different center bores like the OEM S2000 wheels. As for the bolt pattern they are the same (5 x 114.3).

kuni,

As far as the offsets go...

16x7 +55mm & 17x8.5 +60mm

these are excellent measurements.

I would be interested to see how this would look. As far as fitment...you could slam the hell out of the S2000 and not have any rubbing (granted you get the right tires).

Only problem is you'll end up with a lower profile rear tire than front tire. If you used the NSX tires as well, you'll get a much smaller front diameter than rear - in which case your ABS may not function properly.

The wheels are the factory NSX 7-spoke wheels off of my '96 NSX. the front tires are yokohama A-022 (factory tires) about 5k miles on them. The rears are also Yokos but they a A520s. They have less than 500 miles. Other than a VERY small scuff on one of the rears they are flawless.

Fronts are 215/45/16 Rears are 255/40/17.

Yes, I'm in Phoenix. I haven't really thought about a price. I hadn't planned on selling them.
