is black on black a common color? my favorite color combo has always been that but i WAs thinking of a change of pace. this time around I'm going for style and handling rather than sheer power. i understand white is a more expensive color

 

Black on black is fairly common. Black is the main interior color for all the years and the other colors are far less common. I do have to ask if it is going to be a project car then why do you need a pristine car? You may be better off trying to find one that was totaled due to theft or something. I doubt you will find an 06+ for under $20k unless it has a ton of miles or has been in a wreck or otherwise doesn't have a clean title.

i don't really want to have a salvage title due to theft because of the negativity associated with the title when i eventually sell it at some point in my life. clean title in good condition so i can have a good base to start off of with minimized headaches.
