Advise for blind corners

I spent 2 hours this weekend driving through some nice hilly/twisty two-lane roads. On a lot of blind curves, particularly sharp right handers over hills, the cars coming the other way-- especially SUVs and pickup trucks -- tend to hug or come over the lane markers. A couple of times I came pretty close because I was trying to avoid all the snow, sand and gravel on the right. I guess I could always slow down but I was wondering if there were any tips or suggestions on how you deal with the problem. ie., headlights, honking.

Try running the left side of the car on street tires and the right side on dirt tires.....That way you can stay on the grass/dirt far from the trucks.
