I still don't think that the guy in the video was 'slamming' or 'trashing' Wes in the video.
He was speaking generally about the need for time and expertise in tuning the standalone system. Meaning the gains are there, but not immediate. There's no personal slam in that. My point being, the title of this post is simply overly-dramatic.
Obviously the whole 'beta program' purchase was a fiasco for AEM. But if anyone in the video is getting trahsed, it is not Wes, it is the tuners.

granted, i've only been following wes's side of the story, but it certainly would appear that wes has been more than patient and more than gracious. i would have thrown a bullshit flag long ago if it were me.

SilverSurfer, the guy says that AEM marketed the product as plug and play, which he agreed was a mistake. He qualified that statement by saying that AEM meant it was plug and play for them and for qualified tuners (or something to that effect). I believe the statement was near the beginning of the video, but I don't remember if it was the 1st video or the 2nd video.
